Overhead DB Bench: 40′sx10, 45′s 3 sets of 10
Upright Row Press: 45×12, 55 2 sets of 10, 45×12
Pec Deck: 4 sets of 12, 3 drop sets of 12
Decent workout. I’m considering moving my heavy bench day to Friday and my lighter bench day to Tuesday. Having the heavy deadlifts seems to make the bench workouts not as effective. I’ll try it out and see what happens. Despite that the workout was still solid and put in some good work. Had some good conversations about utter hatred for the Purple Walled Circus which is always a great time.
